Compass: C/E (broken octave)-c3. One 8' register.
Arpichordum stop from C/E-d1: this consists of a batten, into which are inserted metal hooks, lying next to the straight section of the right-hand soundboard bridge. When this batten is pushed into the ‘on’ position, the upper convexities of the hooks lie so close to the strings that when they are plucked, they vibrate against the hooks, producing a buzzing sound.
